Dr. Jose Magpantay is recognized of his researches in high energy physics, the field of physics which aims to explain the fundamental particles and their interactions. In particular, he has worked on various technical problems in gauge theories like gauge invariant formulations, symmetry breaking and restoration and the problems in quantization.
