Dr. Filiberto Pollisco is recognized Policy & Programme Development Specialist in the Program Development & Implementation Unit, ASEAN Centre for Biodiversity. He has worked as an Assistant Director / Supervising Science Research Specialist for the Agricultural Resources Management Research Division, PCARRD, Department of Science and Technology, Philippines and as a consultant in various projects in EIA and development projects in protected areas, coastal zones / mangrove ecosystems, ecotourism and watershed management.
