Dr. Alberto Romualdez Jr. is recognized was a Filipino doctor. He was the former Department of Health (DOH) secretary. He was also the President of Friendly Care Foundation, Inc., an organization of family care clinics which focuses on the provision of reproductive and family planning services. He was known to be an active supporter of the controversial reproductive health law.
